Fulfillment Policy
The Company shall ship Products to Customers within the time frame specified at the time of purchase. For customized items, customer will be given the timeframe of shipping during consultation.
Refunds Eligibility:
Refunds are available for products returned in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase date.
Process: To request a refund, contact our customer service team with your order details.
Approval: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method once items are received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the Company.
No refunds or cancellations on customized items. However, we will try our best to accommodate if an issue arises.
Cancellations Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact customer service for cancellation requests.
Cancellations After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned following our refund policy.
